Where is your store located? 
Our headquarters is located in the US. Merchandise facilities are based in the US and China.

 

What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by PayPal or with credit card (go to PayPal and choose 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' option).

 

Do you have size charts?
For your convenience, size charts are available in the description of each product.

  

When will my order be shipped?
We are a compact but very passionate company, we ship ASAP but due to high demand for our products please allow 3-7 days for your order to be hand-crafted, packed and shipped.

 

How do I check the status or track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email with details of your order. This email is a confirmation that we've received it. We will then process it and notify you with another email once the order is shipped. The email will have a tracking number that you can use to track your order here. 

 

When will my order arrive?
Orders will usually take 2-4 weeks to get delivered. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location, you will always have a tracking number to track your order.

 

Will I be charged fees by customs?
For international orders (Germany & Spain in our experience), it's possible that you will be charged by customs. We do everything in our power to help you avoid the fees but any fees are not from Realityfade Merch and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs for more info.

 

Customs is holding my package, what should I do?
Please check with your local customs office and follow their instructions.

 

I forgot to pick up my order and it was sent back to you, can you ship it again?
If your package is not delivered either because you forgot to pick it up or enter the wrong address, the 'r
eturn to sender' package will be destroyed by the shipping carrier to avoid being charged custom taxes and shipping fees, thus making it impossible for us to re-send it. Please be extra careful when you enter your shipping address and track your order with the tracking code that we provide.

 

I have received only half of my order, where are the other items?
Since the production time for each product varies, we may sometimes send your merch in separate packages. Do not worry, your other items will arrive soon.
